Our Family First Policy

We take pride in our dedication to customer service/satisfaction. We try to check emails/orders daily but we do have a "family first" policy which simply means as it states. Our children/family time are our first priority so occasionally there might be times where an order is not shipped immediately or an email not returned within a day or so. Please keep in mind that I am a mama staying home with my children and have a rewarding business at the same time.

*Our designs are printed on 100% cotton with earth friendly soy-based ink. Please keep this in mind when considering sizes.*

We know (and are thrilled) that our tees will be decorated with juice, food, spit up and mudpies to name a few and will make many trips to the washing machine. Rest assured that our clothing is professionally screened and is guaranteed not to fade/peel or crack with normal baby/child wear.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped USPS First Class. We will always use delivery confirmation/tracking to ensure you receive your order. All orders over $75 have automatic FREE shipping. You may have your item shipped Priority if you wish, please note there is a link at checkout that will bring you to the area where you may purchase the upgrade. Insurance is NOT included with delivery/confirmation, but you may also purchase this for an additional $1.30, again available by following the link. Unfortunately, as a WAHM just trying to stay home with my children, I cannot afford to replace/refund any packages that get lost after I bring them to the Post Office. I always send my orders out in secure packaging with labels properly attached and secured. Little Earth Angels is not responsible for lost/damaged packages.

We will ship to all US States as well as internationally. Please be aware that additional charges will be applied to international orders.

Returns

Please try on tees before washing as items may be returned for a full refund only if they are in original unwashed/unworn condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Payment Options

We accept all forms of Paypal at this time. Please note that orders will ship when payment clears (ex. eCheck )

We also will accept US Postal money orders.

Personal checks will be gladly accepted but will have to clear our bank before order ships. A $30 fee will be imposed if check is returned due to insufficient funds. NO exceptions, sorry.
